In 2016 the company was bought out by Brent and Janette Allen. Janette has worked for the company for 20+ years, so found it an easy transition.
They have continued on and improved service and part supply, always looking to keep our customers on the road.
Their son Simon runs the service side of the workshop and has a lot of knowledge to electronic systems inside vehicles. Being UD Agents we also have the scanner required to fault find and reset service lights. Alongside Simon they have three very good qualified mechanics.
Bucklands Truck Services was established in 1980 by Ray Buckland and quickly gained a reputation for quality workmanship and keeping vehicles on the road saving customers valuable downtime.
In 1984 Buckland's Truck Services was offered full Hino Dealer status and appointed Parts and Service Agents for Hino Distributors (NZ) Ltd.
In 1993 the company was offered full Nissan Diesel Franchise and so to date have a very comprehensive range of parts in stock.
To fulfil Buckland's clients needs they continue to expand their product range and offer an extensive range of spare parts for all makes of model vehicles.
The ability to supply spare parts and expert service to other workshops as well as its own, is what has created the Buckland's Truck Services (B.T.S) business of today.
The Workshop: Approx 4500sq ft of purpose built workshop designed for easy access for heavy trucks and trailers. Large fully secured yard. We offer full workshop repair and service facilities using up to date equipment and machinery. Steam cleaning facilities. Welding and light steel fabrication. A comprehensive range of spare parts in stock
Mobile Workshop: Fully equipped with spare parts for emergency breakdowns, roadside repairs and maintenance. Covers Auckland wide.
Hours of Trade: Standard hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Saturday 8.00am to 12.00pm. Arrangements can be made for servicing, repairs and the supply of parts outside these hours.
